Katie had her annual Spring Just4Kix dance show on Friday night at the High School gym. Here are a couple videos from the show:
That was “Mama, I’m a Big Girl Now” with her friends Tessa and Anna getting to do a couple of the acting parts early on. They had done that dance before at a wrestling match back in February. Here’s their new dance:
This was a medley of Dora the Explorer and the Cheetah Girls. Amelia was pretty excited that Katie got to dance to a Dora song.
All of the dancers got together to dance to Party in the USA at the end, and then came the skills test. Katie was the leadoff batter for the skills test and got to walk through with her head held high.
Thanks to mom and dad for making the trip up to see the show – Katie was excited to have you there. Well, this means dance is all done for this year – Amelia can’t wait to take part next year.
