For the past two weeks, my mom has been nice enough to take Katie and Amelia down to a class for 4-5 years called Intro to Theatre. There are about 7 kids in this class which ran from 12:30-1:30 each day and the kids get to act out parts of fairy tales and kids stories. We originally planned for Katie to attend, but since they didn’t have enough kids, Amelia signed up too. Amelia actually did pretty well – it took her a while to get out of her shell, but once out, she was getting in to acting.
Today was the day of their big show. There were four different classes going on at once for different age groups so there was a pretty decent audience of 60-70 people there to watch the performance. Here’s the video of the Little Red Hen (starring Katie):
They had a lot of fun in class and it was great to see them get this opportunity.
