The Halloween season actually started for us on Labor Day when we got out all the decorations, but now we’re coming to the apex on Wednesday. Today we had our annual party with our friends and we have the pictures to prove it. In case you couldn’t tell, Katie is dressed up as Dora Mermaid, Amelia is Dora (without the black hair wig), Becky is just getting out of the shower and I’m a baseball player.
Our schedule on Wednesday is pretty packed – the possibility for trick or treating at work, then going to some friends and neighbors houses after work, then a party at the school from 6:30 to 8:00. I can’t wait for the battles with the girls that day on how much candy they’re allowed to have. I find myself eating a lot of this candy to keep it away from the girls, but I’m starting to wonder if I have a problem. I can’t wait for the candy season to be over. Hopefully I can go on a diet before Easter rolls around next year.
