Amelia took her first steps tonight. She took about 5 little steps towards Becky when she brought her her drink. We had tried to put her to bed twice but she was just too excited to go to sleep.
She had taken one step on Saturday night at our friends the Uggerud’s and she took one step earlier today when I brought her to my office. She finally put it together tonight though. I don’t think she realized she did it though, so she probably won’t take off right away tomorrow. Over the last two weeks she’s been walking along furniture rather than crawling when she had the option.
